No refunds are provided once work has started or services have been delivered
Refunds may be considered only if:
The service was not delivered at all
A technical error caused duplicate payment
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind
Delays caused by incomplete information from the client
Dissatisfaction after approval or delivery
Promotional or discounted services
