Refund Policy

Digital Services & Custom Work

Due to the nature of digital services and customized design work:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds are provided once work has started or services have been delivered

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The service was not delivered at all

  • A technical error caused duplicate payment

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Delays caused by incomplete information from the client

  • Dissatisfaction after approval or delivery

  • Promotional or discounted services
